TitleGirl Guide Group Photographs
Date(s)1930s
DescriptionTwo group photographs of a Girl Guide company c. 1930s on postcards. The photographs are taken outdoors, in one of the images the girls are seated on a grassy bank in what appears to be a rural setting, in the other the girls have a more formal pose and are wearing hats, they are in an urban setting, with housing and factory buildings in the background.

Doris Frost was a keen girl guide and the photographs are therefore likely to relate to her membership of The Guides, although her daughter, Ms Powell cannot identify her specifically within these particular images.
