John Carter, citizen and grocer of London, to William Hobbs, citizen and painter- stainer of London; 18 Dec 1669; on which is endorsed: assignment of the lease of the parcel of land as above with all the houses, etc, built upon it William Hobbs to Edward Venour, citizen and salter of London and John Whitter, citizen and grocer of London, 1 Jan 1672/3; assignment of a moiety of the lease of the piece of ground and of the two houses built upon it, Mary Whitter, widow of John Whitter to Mary Venour, widow of Edward Venour, 18 Feb 1674/5; and assignment of the lease of the piece of ground with the two messuages built thereon which were then laid into one messuage and in the occupation of Daniel Brandreth, Daniel Brandreth the Younger, citizen and weaver of London (husband of Mary Venour) to Samuel Fulwood, citizen and vintner of London, 9 Sep 1680.
