Joseph Daynes binds himself to Withy in £800 and with his wife Mary surrenderrs to the Lord of the manor of Stepney a close of pasture land called Balls Close and the cow houses theron erected containg by estimation 7 acres in Limehouse and now or late in the occupation of Benjamin Coker, cowkeeper, to the use of Hilborne Withy on condition that Daynes and his wife pay to Withy the sum of £400; with receipts of payments made 1742-1751 endorsed.

With receipt, 24 Jun 1752 for payment by Richard Demmett £87 13s received by John Crow and Matthew Underwood, which together with the sum of £452 7s paid to Hilborne Withy, being the mortgage money for the purchase of a a copyhold farm and premises situate near Limehouse Church in possession of Mr John Mould. Witnessed by Robert Richardson
