From 1. to 2. of a messuage or tenement on the north side of a street formerly called Ratcliff Highway but now called Upper Shadwell St., being no.220, in Shadwell parish, occupied by Lancelot Henry. On dorse: witnesses (Edward Walter and Henry Vicary).

Shadwell, 'near to the two trees formerly there', from Thomas Saunders of Reading, Berks, esq., and Elizabeth his wife; this may be the same property mentioned below.
