| Description | A mauve sketchbook filled with rough drawings. The book is bound with board and leather and is approximately twenty five and a half centimetres tall by twenty wide. As with SBM this sketchbook is filled with a wide variety of sketches, though this time there are a handful of male nudes scattered throughout the book. There are no page numbers.
Again, as with P/MCC/2/13 the relative lack of male nudes indicates that this sketchbook was used relatively early in McCarthy's career. There are many portraits and abstract paintings, many of which incorporate pasted-in physical objects such as train tickets and newspaper cutouts.

| PhysicalDescription | Condition: Similar to P/MCC/2/13, this sketchbook is in rather poor condition. The covers are battered and flaking, and the spine is heavily creased and starting to peel. Although there are no loose pages inside the book, many of the pages have a dirty sheen to them. |
