Recites will of the late Thomas Batt (died 14 Sep. 1854, will proved P.C.C. 7 Oct. 1854) in which he bequeathed all his property to his wife Jessie or Jessy Batt; also recites marriage settlement (25 Jun. 1857) of the said Jessy Batt and James Saxby of Ramsgate, builder, married 16 Jul. 1857 at Trinity Church, Newington, Surrey. Jessy Saxby died Jul. 1870 (buried at St. Lawrence, Ramsgate) and Alred Copland is her surviving trustee.
