September 27th Boards Canadian Pacific Train. Arrives at Ottawa.
September 29th Visits lumber mills and match factory.
September 30th Visits granite works. Visits Senate House, library and timber mill.
October 2nd Starts train journey to Victoria and Vancover Island from Quebec.
October 5th Describes a prairie fire.
October 6th Goes through "Kicking Horse pass" in the Rocky Mountains.
October 8th Arrives at Port Moody, transfers from Canadian Pacific Line Railway to Steamship "Princess Louise" to Victoria Vancover Island.
October 11th Visits waterworks. Reboards "Princess Louise".
October 12th Arrives back at Port Moody. Goes back on board train for return journey.
