Under the terms of the will of the late Edward Stock (died 31 August 1852), proved in the P.C.C. 30 September 1852, the freehold messuage known as 55 Mansell Street, Goodman's Fields, occupied by Lesser Jameson, was left to his daughter Sarah Stock. 1. and 2. as executors and trustees of the will, now sell, on her behalf (she being a minor of 19 years of age), the said messuage and the piece of land on which it is built (19' by 101', bounded on the east by Tenter Field, west by Mansell Street, north by premises occupied by Mier Levi, and south by premises occupied by Messrs.John Warburg and Son), to 3. for £550. |
