Parcel of ground being on the south side of Duncan Street, (heretofore called Buckley Street), East on Red Lion Street, South on houses and other buildings belonging to Samuel Hawkins and others and West on Half Moon Alley. And also all that Sugar House and all those dwelling houses and other buildings now standing on that parcel of ground.
