This file originally contained a dvd labeled 'SKST legal due diligence 2012', in addition to the hard copy material. The contents of the dvd have been checked and, as it consisted nearly entirely of duplicates of the contents of the printed material in this file (and of those in: I/SKS/1/3/2), it was disposed of. The only exception was an Excel spreasheet entitled '3.1(c) ManactoMay2011_SKST' which, unlike the other digital material found, was not replicated in the hard copies of records found in this file or I/SKS/1/3/2. This digital file was therefore retained. |
