| Description | The meeting files are in date order and they contain agenda, minutes and supporting documents for all types of meetings including board meetings, AGMs (annual general meetings), EGMs (extraordinary general meetings), and GMs (general meetings). The supporting material includes strategy documents, evaluation reports, and the applications for funds or reports on said projects. Each report is prefaced by a summary statement which also lists any previous awards and gives a recommendation for the Board. The Trust did not have a standard application form, requests for support are in the form of a letter which made it easier for small groups to apply for funding. The minutes include all applications, including those that were refused funding. Thus these records provide a wealth of information on community and voluntary groups and organisations across the area of benefit over two decades in which much of the area was transformed. |
