Compiled by Myrtle Hurrell, a former headteacher at Harry Gosling Infants School (1972-1997), it was created by her after she retired in 1997. In 1998 the Infant School and the Junior School were amalgamated to become Harry Gosling Primary School.
Includes images of school trips to The King's School, Canterbury, Kent and seaside outings to Chalkwell, Essex; documents the life of Bengali pupils, events such as the royal visit of the Queen Mother in 1987, the Band Aid Appeal for Ethiopia in 1985 and festival and holiday celebrations, staff retirements and school achievements. Includes school photographs of pupils and some group photographs of staff.
