The following streets are featured on the plan: Furze Street; Gale St; Hawgood St; Eastward St, Box Street; (part of) Devons Road; Sherwood Street; Blackthorn Street; Fern Street and the edges of River Street, Weston St and Glaucus St. There is a key which provides stipulations about lots 242 to 203 (i.e. lots coloured in green) and a note to say that the lots coloured in pink have been sold.
