In additon to covering some accounting issues, the letter includes queries relating to earlier correspondence with Mr Chalk about the Greater London Council (GLC)'s threat of proceedings against J. J. and S. W. Chalk if the GLC was not given possession of the property by 31 July.

Reply from Mr Chalk to Sir Percy, dated 29 June 1973, confirming that arrangements are underway for J. J. and S. W. Chalk to hand over to the property to the GLC within the required timescale.
