These employees include Mr F. A. Westwood and also two other deceased former employees of the firm, Mr C. R. Tregidon and Mr H. Silber. The material includes a heated exchange regarding death benefits for the widow of Mr Tregidon, following an error on the behalf of Phoenix Assurance Company.
