These and subsequent marriage authorisation forms were issued by the Office of the Chief Rabbi [22 Finsbury Square, 1897-1912;
Mulberry St., Commercial Rd., 1912-1923; and 4, St.James' Place (later Creechurch Place)
Aldgate, 1923-1944], and usually give the date and place of the proposed marriage, name and address of bride and groom, etc.; from 1926 onwards the country of birth of the bride and groom is also given.
These 80 forms all refer to marriages entered in the register above (TH/8262/9), except for 5 forms authorising the following marriages:
