Recites lease and release of 10-11 February 1808 between 1. (and Elizabeth Bathgate his wife) and Thomas and William Baker of Limehouse, gentlemen; also refers to lease and release of 22-23 March 1793 between Ann Whitaker, Robert Batson deceased (father of 1.) and Michael Hollist. 1. now conveys to 2. a piece of ground (60' by 75', divided into 5 strips each 15' wide, marked 'lots 6-10' on plan in margin) in the Isle of Dogs marsh, part of 8 acres of pasture formerly occupied by William Bosley 'and now formed into streets and lots' by 1., on the south side of a new street to be called Robert Street (later Cuba Street) and on the west of another new street to be called Marsh Street (later Tobago Street); also, use of the wharf next to the Thames.
