| AdminHistory | London Borough of Tower Hamlets set up the Committee as a separate body to fund the arts in the borough. It contributed to arts activity in Tower Hamlets and granted funds to projects including the Docklands project as well as the Cable Street Mural in 1986 to commemorate the Battle of Cable Street 1936.
The Committee was known as THAC and based at 58 Watney Street. |
