AdminHistoryJohn Eversley came to East London in 1977. He was involved in community development work with Bangladeshi residents of Spitalfelds in 1980s and 1990s. He has worked for the voluntary sector, trade unions, local government, the NHS and Higher Education. He was Group Leader for Tower Hamlets ESL (English as a Second Language) Liaison Group. He was later mainly based in Northern Ireland.

CustodialHistoryThese records were collected as part of a Bengali Collections Development project by Shahera Begum, Heritage Trainee during 2011.
