Recites will of Isaac Stevens, and assignment of interest in his estate by 2, 3, and 4 on 31 July 1845 [see P/BAK/3]. Townsend and Kendal have now died, leaving Dickson with sole interest in the three sevenths of the trust fund assigned by the three brothers. He now releases 5 (as trustees of the late Burton Lane) from their obligations, acknowledging receipt of the annuities due to him. |
