Description1. Sarah Stevens of Bromley, Middlesex, spinster.
2. Samuel Lovell of the Inner Temple Thomas Lane of the Steward's Office, Lincoln's Inn.

Recites will of Isaac Stevens, whose property has now been disposed of by 2. except for two cottages at Dunmow, Essex "being old and in a ruinous state, and the title thereto being of a doubtful nature".

Isaac Stevens' widow, Sarah, died in September 1798 and the remaining money (in three percent annuities) has since her death been used for their daughter Sarah ('for her clothes, pocket money and in placing her out apprentice'), who attained 21 years of age on 2 October 1812. She now releases 2. from their obligations, and acknowledges that she has inherited £2851 14s 8d, and received an additional £33 3s 9d paid to her in hand by 2.
