Appoints Samuel Lovell of Inner Temple and Thomas Lane of Lincoln's Inn, his executors and trustees, bequeathing them £40 each. Leaves £10 to his niece Elizabeth, late wife of Mr. Grubham but now of ---- [blank], £10 to Elizabeth Staff, niece of his wife, and 2 china punch bowls to Mrs. Lovell. Leaves various silver pieces to his wife Sarah Stevens during her lifetime, then to their daughter Sarah Stevens.
Leaves his interest in his chambers at staircase 4, Old Buildings, Lincoln's Inn, plus his annuities, to his executors in trust, to convert them into three percent Consolidated Bank Annuities for the use of his wife, then his daughter, and if they both die without further issue, to the 4 children of his niece Elizabeth (late Elizabeth Grubham). |
