Badger Ltd., marine engineers and ship-repairers of 48 East Smithfield, E1, leased premises at Millwall Dry Dock in 1947-1948. They erected sheds for workshops offices and stores in 1949, 1955 and 1959, and remained there until the firm's liquidation in 1981. A firm by the name of Badger Lifting Equipment Ltd was operating from the Old Pumping Station, St. Katherine's Way, E1 in 1984. |
