Circuit Youth Council Meeting Minutes, 1964-1974 Volume containing records relating to the Circuit Youth Council at Poplar. The first entry within the volume is a set of minutes for a Circuit Youth Council meeting held on 27 October 1964 at Poplar; the last entry is for a meeting of the Youth Council held on 21 February 1974. Meetings are held twice yearly, generally in February and September. Only half of the volume has been used. The volume also contains loose documentation related to the meetings, including: notes; lists; calculations (e.g. Sunday School-related); receipts, remittance slips, and a booklet of transfers forms (unused) for the 'Methodist Youth Department'.
