The first set of minutes within the volume are for a meeting of the Youth Council held in February 1975; the last set of minutes within the volume are for a meeting of the Poplar Circuit Youth and Education Committee, held on 15 March 1988, at Trinity Church. From 19 September 1979 the minutes are for meetings of a group entitled 'Youth and Education Committee'; from 8 February 1984 the minutes are for meetings of a group entitled 'Youth and Education Circuit Committee'; from 10 October 1985 there are minutes for meetings of a group entitled 'Poplar Circuit Youth and Education Committee'. The volume also contains some loose documentation, such as: handwritten notes; minutes; envelopes; assessment and record forms for youth workers from the Methodist Association of Youth Clubs (1987-1989).
