Includes some photographs of buildings and places in Poplar (e.g. Grosvenor Buildings; Pennyfields) and bomb damaged areas (e.g. Old Cotton Street Chapel). There is one photograph of an area outside of Tower Hamlets, this is an image of a street located within the City of London, featuring the Eastern Evening News and the Eastern Daily Press offices in the foreground and St. Paul's Cathedral in the background. Some of the photographs have pencil calculations/annotations on the reverse so may have been reproduced/used for display at some point. c. 1920-c. 1970
