The latest date of financial listings within the volume is 21 April 1939 at which point there is a note that repayments have been completed. There are further entries at the rear of the volume dating from the early 1920s. 

There is quite a bit of loose documentation within the volume. This material consists of: a cheque for the fund made payable to Poplar Wesleyan Church (dated 1 July 1921 and signed by William H Lax); undated handwritten calcuations; a printed list of payments from 5 August 1919 - 8 January 1920 (on King George's Hall and Institute headed paper); a blank sheet of Poplar Methodist Mission headed paper; undated lists of calculations/costs and a letter from Barclays Bank to Reverand Lax (dated 22 April 1929) regarding sufficient account credit to extinguish the overdraft for King George's Hall. </dc:description>
