Manchester Road Methodist Church Cubitt Town Trustees' Minute Book Volume containing minutes of Trustees meetings held from 26 February 1938 - 4 October 1973 inclusive, including some later notes and other loose material. There is a note after the minutes for the 4 October 1973 meeting which explains that there were no Trustees meetings held in 1974 and 1975 because the Superintendent was informed that, due to illness and other factors, it was unlikely anyone would turn up. These minutes are followed by blank pages and then the middle of the volume has been used for what appears to be personal notes, including lists, sketches and verses of text. The remainder of the volume after these notes is blank, however, there is some loose correspondence at the rear of the volume. This includes: correspondence between Mr Whiteman and Reverend Leslie Farmer regarding the former's resignation as a Trustee (dated October - November 1960); a letter from A. E. Rolleston, General Manager of Gray and Davison Ltd (Organ Builders), to Mr. A. E. Browning regarding an estimate for the Manchester Road Church Cubitt Town organ (dated 31 August 1966); a Wayleave Agreement issued by the British Relay Wireless Ltd to Reverend W. Mason regarding permission to make fixings to the Methodist Church in Manchester Road, E.14 (undated). 1938-1975
