80th Anniversary of the Battle of Cable Street The exhibition held at Watney Market Idea Store from 28 September 2016 to 29 October 2016 to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Cable Street reused the materials from the earlier 'Protest & Survive' exhibitions that had been held in 2006 and 2001. The only addition to the 80th anniversary exhibition were the three prints of drawings of the Battle of Cable Street by the illustrator James Boswell (1906-1971). 2016
