Memorandum of agreement between Frederick John Roberts of the Grange, Shepperton, Mddx., gent., and Abraham Davis of 19-20 Aldgate Scope and Content Stating that Davis owns nos.25-49 (odd) Morgan St. (east side) and is 'about to demolish the same and to erect on the site thereof certain new buildings about 52 feet in height'. Despite the light to nos.26-36 Morgan St (west side) being impaired by this, Roberts agrees not to try to prevent it in return for £10 paid him by Davis. 14 Nov. 1902
