(b) A piece of land on the south side of Flint Street (later Hobday Street) with the houses built thereon, formerly known as numbers 5-12 but now as nos. 10-24 (even), Flint Street, subject to the following leases: numbers 10-14 and 20-24 to Joseph Tyler, no 16 to Hannah Walker and no. 18 to Thomas William Sandys Harris.

(c) A piece of land on the south side of Goodliff Street, Poplar, with the 5 houses built thereon, formerly known as numbers 38-42 but now as numbers 2-10 (even) Goodliff Street, subject to leases to Henry Lester numbers 2 and 4) and to Richard Stevens and Thomas James Gray (no. 6-10).
