On dorse: Declaration of 29th Feb.1781 [1783 in note re registration of the endorsement] by 2. that he has assigned the residue of the lease to George Russell of St. Anne's, Limehouse, esq., for consideration of £50. Witnesses Henry Pierrepont (Swan Street, Minories), William Cook &amp; Thomas Hall.</dc:description>
