Album of autographs of members of the Poplar Borough Municipal Alliance and Poplar, Bow and Bromley Ratepayers' Association, presented to F G Woolley MBE, 10 Dec 1936 The album was presented following Woolley's relinquishment of the office of Chairman of the Alliance in "high appreciation of his valuable and enthusiastic work on behalf of the ratepayers of the Metropolitan Borough of Poplar over a number of years".
