William Jeves died 7 Nov. 1863 and bequeathed the property to his wife Avis Rebecca Jeves during her lifetime, then to his son Frederick Jeves (will proved 7 Jan. 1864), i.e. 1., above. 1. now mortgages the property to 2. to raise £100.
