Refers to 'Isaac Cotton the purchaser, or his widow, or David or George their sons; George married Mrs. Ann Pawlett and settled a rent charge of £50 a year for life upon that estate; Isaac Cotton their son proves very extravagant, runs in arrear of his mother's annuity and mortgages the estate for 1000 years'.
