His wife Mary Newman, named as his executrix, had died 13 Jun. 1866 and was buried at Tower Hamlets Cemetery, Bow, so administration was granted to William Newman. He now assigns the lease for the house 'formerly known as no. 10 but now as no. 20', Turner Street, to 2. for the residue of 98 years.
