The land now has 4 houses built on it, fronting on West Ferry Roadd., numbered 12 to 15 West Ferry Road; nos. 12 and 13 [numbers later changed to 27 and 29] were leased by Thomas Fossey to George Kilburn on 12 August 1839 [see TH/8245/4]; another 6 cottages have been built on the part of the land fronting on Cross Street. (formerly Marsh Street.; later Tobago Street).</dc:description>
