The depositor noted at the time of the transfer in October 2018 that some of this material (now catalogued as P/MCC/3/1/5-P/MCC/3/1/6): 'contains notes drafts made during the planning and writing of the 2007 illustrated monograph of McCarthy's work, published by Adonis Art. Important they contain a considerable amount of correspondence between P.D. [Peter Dobson] and C.Mc [Cornelius McCarthy] some of which discusses paintings and also their shared vision of the book they are trying to create.' 1953-2016
