  <dc:title>McCarthy Sketchbook</dc:title>
<dc:description>A grey sketchbook filled with rough drawings. It is bound with card and leather and is approximately eighteen and a half centimetres tall by twenty six and a half wide. There is only one male nude in this sketchbook; most appear to be either portraits or architectural drawings. There are no page numbers.

There is a page close to the start of the sketchbook which has been covered in different shades of green paint. It is possible that it is an impressionist painting of a country landscape. There is also a half-finished sketch of a dog a few pages later.

Number of Sketches: 9</dc:description>
