  <dc:title>McCarthy Sketchbook</dc:title>
<dc:description>A blue and gold sketchpad filled with rough drawings. The pad is bound with card at the front and board at the back, joined together with a paper binding. There is an image on the front cover of a golden statue bust against a blue background. It is approximately thirty centimetres tall by twenty three wide. There are no nudes in this sketchbook, which is instead filled with pictures of trees and profiles. There are no page numbers.

There are a few sketches with cubist inspirations, and the drawings of trees and plants are highly unusual for McCarthy.
