This is a just, true and perfect account of all sums of money by us the said John Paine and James Howes, or either of the received and of all the sums, rated and aforesaid  and not received, and of all goods, chattels, stock and materials that are in our hands or the hands or custody of the poor, wrought and unwrought, and of all sums of money received for oakum or other materials sold, and of all the other matters and things done and transacted by us the overseers of the poor of the hamlet of Poplar and Blackwall or either of us for the year 1752.
