(i.e. MISC/28/3, above), re 90 feet of waste ground "upon which parcell of grounde I the said Thomas Greves have since bestowed greate cost in wharffeing of the same".
1. now assigns to 2. the said 90 feet of wharf, in consideration of £100 paid to him by 2.
2. agrees to pay Lord Wentworth 4s 6d p.a. (in twice-yearly instalments).
