Contains notes written by Seymour William Chalk, including addresses for individuals and details about the estate left behind by Edwin Rumbold (of Sheraton House, Wanstead, Essex and Shadwell East), following his death on 14 May 1889. At the back of the notebook there is some text within a section entitled 'remarks' and some loose pages in the back pocket, including calculations and other handwritten notes. Only a small proportion of the volume has been used, including some pages at the front and back of the notebook. May 1889 - April 1891
