Letter from the London County Council (LCC) Estates and Valuation Dept re the Chalk Estate Letter dated 22 March 1895 to J. J. Chalk Esq. from Andrew Young (Valuer, LCC Estates and Valuation Department) regarding his assignment to prepare a ground plan of London including the Chalk Estate. Mr Young refers to the Chalk freehold property at No. 53 Globe Road (and encloses a very small plan of the site of the property with the letter), requesting confirmation that it is part of the Chalk Estate and asking for further information on any other freehold properties owned by the timber merchants. 22 March 1895
