Account book re ledgers, 1919-1974 Medium volume with embossed title of 'Amount Book' on the front cover containing monthly records about Riga Yard and Finland Wharf dating from May 1919 - September 1974, in addition to some loose documentation dating from 1969-1973. The monthly records include columns to record information about specific ledgers (Ledgers A-E), totals for Riga Yard and Finland Wharf, a grand total and a total for the number of customers. In the earlier records, (those dating from May 1919 - March 1927), not many of the columns have data recorded within them, however, from this point onwards the trend changes, with most columns in the volume being populated with data in the later entries (those dating from April 1944 - September 1974). The loose documentation consists of notes and calculations. Only about one third of the volume has been used. 1919-1974
