Chalk dating from April 1972 - March 1974 and some loose documentation dating from February 1971 - July 1973. Inside the front cover there is a typed list entitled ''C'' Ledger Daily Invoices'. The volume contains an embedded alphabetical index with records arranged alphabetically by account holder name within the index. At the beginning of each alphabetic section there is table with column headings consisting of the the letters 'A'; 'E'; ' I'; 'O'; 'U' and 'Y' and listings re account holders. Each account section includes lists of the account holder's credits and debits to J. J. and S. W. Chalk, arranged in date order. Includes listings under the headings of: 'Private Accounts' and 'Cash in Yard'. The loose material found within the volume consists of: correspondence (from Rank Precision Industries Ltd, Camden Road, London), notes and receipts. 1971-1974
